<p>In 2000, Lenox was faced with it’s first complete redesign of it’s ecommerce website. Their goal was to represent thousands of high end products in a compelling, brand enhancing way. As well, the financial goals were aggressive for this sales channel. Through increased usability and strong branding Lenox.com has met great success. A snapshot of this success is as follows; from F00 to F04 Lenox.com ecommerce sales increased over 1000%. In addition, Lenox.com has won several awards from <strong>BizRate.com</strong>, <strong>Good Housekeeping</strong>, <strong>VeriSign</strong>, <strong>Webawards</strong> and others.</p>
<p>Stafford Design Consulting has been an integral part of the email marketing process. Working along side Lenox’s successful email marketing management and providing critical feedback and great creative work. With a huge importance on conversion, and the staff and analytic tools to track it – the work produced by Stafford Design Consulting was always under the microscope.</p>
